Dr. Michael K. Tran graduated with a Magna cum Laude from Harvard College and received his M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School. He did his Ophthalmology Residency at UCLA's Jules Stein Eye Institute.

He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the California Association of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Tran has received many awards, including the Harvard Ames Award for Character and Leadership, a Monarch Healthcare Physician Recognition Award, and a Physician of Excellence Award from Orange Coast Magazine.

In addition to patient care, he is a Principal Investigator in clinical trials for dry eye, glaucoma, and cataract surgery. He has published several articles about the use of Electronic Medical Records and programmed a cloud-based app to improve medical office efficiency.

With more than 20 years of experience. Dr. Tran strives to provide the best eye care and service to his patients. 

Dr. Elizabeth Nguyen is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in managing diseases of the eyelids, tear ducts, and orbits.   She received her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior with a minor in Music from the University of California, Davis. She completed her medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences – College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. She then traveled to Michigan where she completed her Traditional Internship and Ophthalmology Residency through Metro Health Hospital in association with Michigan State University. After her residency, she completed a two-year eye plastic and facial cosmetic surgery fellowship in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

She is passionate about delivering the best medical and surgical ophthalmic care to her patients. She strives to provide her patients with the highest standard of care; emphasizing honesty, professionalism, and superior quality. Dr. Nguyen believes in assisting her patients and nurturing a partnership with them to obtain the best results where they look more youthful while maintaining a natural appearance. 

To better serve our patients, we moved to a new 3,500sq ft office with plenty of parking spaces at the corner of Magnolia and Warner in Fountain Valley, CA. We continue to utilize the latest diagnostic tests and treatment techniques to help our patients.
